Our Out of Hours service operates when GP Surgeries are closed, providing care primarily through initial remote clinical triage. Patients may be offered a clinical consultation and advice over the telephone if this is appropriate. Some patients may be offered a face to face appointment in one of our network of local primary care centres or a home visit for the more seriously ill. Read more.
We provide advanced remote clinical assessment as part of our urgent primary care services to support Yorkshire Ambulance service, NHS111, General Practice and Emergency Departments.
Working with our partners, the UCR service provides a 0-2hour response to patients in their usual place of residence, who are experiencing a health or social crisis and at risk of hospital admission. Read more
Local Care Direct provides a range of walk-in facilities across West Yorkshire where patients can choose to attend without an appointment. These services are delivered by experienced, trained multi-disciplinary clinical teams and meet a variety of needs including illness, minor injury and diagnostics.

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), who is the organisation responsible for ensuring that health and social care services in England provide safe, high-quality care.
